Brief Childhood History:
Josephine was born in Little Finborough, England, to a muggle mother (Susanna) and pure-blood father (Robert). Although her mother was initially accepting of Josephines' gift, her feelings began to change when she realised that her daughter and husband had a special bond that she couldn't share. Due to to this realisation, Josephine's mother left the Le Feuvre family when Josephine was 10 years old. After Josephine's mother left, her father tried to distract her by buying her plenty of books and distractions (all in magical context) so that she would never feel negatively about her magical gift. This was successful, and Josephine is now very proud of her magical heritage. Due to her father's pure-blood status, Josephine grew up around a lot of older witches and wizards, and is mature beyond her years. Josephine was sent to a muggle primary school until the magical "accidents" became too difficult to explain. This then meant that Josephine was then home-schooled; muggle subjects by her mother (until age 10) and magical subjects by her father. In terms of friends, Josephine had a few close muggle school friends, but when she was taken out of school to be home-schooled, she lost contact with her muggle friends; partly because she accidentally set one of the girls hair on fire when she got upset.
Strengths: Due to her book-worm status, Josephine has wonderful knowledge in Potions and Defence Against the Dark Arts (her father is very proud). Personality wise; Josephine is a very caring, but cunning person. She's proud to be a witch, and sticks by the people that she cares about.
Weaknesses: Unfortunately, Josephine has never felt a true connection to divination (of which she has a very strong opinion against). And due to her history with muggles, Josephine has no particular strength in muggle studies, a subject she believes to be pointless. Due to her family history, Josephine has a hard time trusting people, she likes to observe them before deciding whether or not she is able to place her trust in them.
What house you feel your character belongs in and why: Due to her uncanny determination and cunning ability, Josephine would be a wise choice for Slytherin, having said that; her ability to protect the people she cares about makes her suitable for the other houses too.
