First and Last Name: Darcy Hall

Bloodline: Pureblood
Hair Color: Auburn
Eye Color: Brown
General Build: Petite
Height: Average

Birthplace: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, in Hallston Manor.
Brief Childhood History: Born on March 26 to an old-money, businessman father and an ex-prima ballerina mother, Darcy Hall started to crawl in her mother’s footsteps at age three, beginning ballet classes. She has been at it ever since, and her father, in a gesture of appreciation meant more for her mother than for Darcy, bought the ballet studio for his daughter. Dance is one of her few passions in life, but she also learned to bake with her grandmother, a trait she has learned to keep secret from her overly snooty parents. She has always worked, through ballet and scheming, to win her parent’s affection, for, ever since she can remember, her father’s largest concern was making more money out of his existing fortune, and her mother’s, throwing the best social parties and dinners. Darcy’s solution to being a constant disappointment is retail therapy. Spending her days at all sorts of shops and jewelers is one of the few joys that Darcy finds in life. She will continue her attempts to win over her parents until she finally gets what she wants, regardless of how it affects others.
One of the most important people to Darcy is her grandmother on her mother’s side, because she is the nicest and warmest woman Darcy has ever met. She not only passed on a love of all things pastry, but gave Darcy the attention that was missing in her everyday life, and also brought out a love of transfiguration and charms in her granddaughter. Since the first weekend she spent with her grandmother, she has read as much as she can about the two subjects, and grills her very beloved grandmother with probing questions about the inner workings of all of the spells and charms, hexes and jinxes, that she learns about every visit to her grandmother's home. She spends every weekend with her grandmother, who is more like a mother figure to her, and the pomeranian her grandmother has had since before Darcy can remember, Bendel, who sleeps with Darcy every night.

Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): Darcy has a very analytical mind, and is a cunning and clever girl. She is somewhat garrulous, and speaks her mind, although sometimes she can be a bit harsh. She is a fiercely loyal friend, however, and once she has let someone inside of her ‘walls’, she will do anything for them. Darcy's strongest school subjects are transfiguration, charms, and ancient runes. She has been very curious about them ever since she started staying the weekends at her grandmother's home.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): Darcy is very conflicted within herself. She tends to be a conniving and manipulative person, and often gets herself into trouble because she speaks before she thinks. She has an air of snobbery around her that turns people off at times, and she tends to build up unnecessary walls. She greatly dislikes history of magic and divination, mainly because she is pretty awful at memory recall, and because she has no affinity for something that requires as much imagination as Divination does. She hasn't got a single drop of seer blood in her, and therefore intensely dislikes the subject.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: The background she comes from would probably equip Darcy best for Slytherin. She is very cunning and ambitious, always seeking to improve her current situation by whatever means necessary. She isn't always the nicest of people, but knows how to charm and talk her way out of almost any situation that she gets stuck in, from years of scheming and manipulation.

Hi there! Welcome to HPRPG!

Before we can get you sorted, there are just a few things to attend to.

5'5" is far too tall for an eleven year old. In addition, instead of an exact measurement, we'd prefer it if you used one of three adjective provided for you in the official sheet.

If you could also add a few more sentences to her history, that would be great too. It's currently a few sentences short of equalling 2 paragraphs. You'll also need to provide classes that Darcy is good at (strengths) and will struggle with (weaknesses). Please also edit the 'what house you feel' portion to explain what exact characteristics of Darcy's reflect that of Slytherin house.

Once you've done that, just change the title from 'pending' to 'edited'!
