Brief Childhood History: Mackinley was born on January 18th to Silvia and Archie Schroeder in Dublin, Ireland. He comes from one of the less wealthy pure blood families that isn’t as prominent in the wizarding world. Mac grew up as an only child but was far from spoiled. His parents were strict as well as punctilious and ran a very structured and organized household.
His parents loved Muggles so he spent his entire childhood at a muggle primary school where he discovered many friends though none of them knew he was different. Apart from the occasional out of the ordinary situation, Mac fit right in with the kids at his primary school. One of his favorite childhood memories was playing football with his muggle friends at the park.
Mac was raised just as any muggleborn child would, the only difference being that he was aware that he was a wizard. Mac was usually to be found with his head in a book or in the clouds but never once with reality. He lived in his imagination and enjoyed playing pretend with the neighborhood children.
Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): Mac is a total peacemaker and always wants everyone to get along and be happy. If a fight sparks up between two friends, Mac will be the one to step in and fix it. He’s always got a smile on and tends to ask a lot of questions. History of Magic will most likely be his best class because History and Historical novels seem to interest him the most. Defense against the dark arts might also be a strong class for him since he’s energetic and enjoys action.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): Mac has tendency to ask a lot of questions which can also be a weakness because it often comes off as irritating when he’s only just being curious. Mac can also can come off as a bit snobbish when it comes to learning since he has a tendency to show off. As for classes, Mac will probably do worst in potions because the subject had never before interested him. It will probably be the one class he won’t be raising his hand to answer questions in.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: Mac belongs in Ravenclaw most because he is clever and has a strong passion for books and learning. He’s not brave enough for Gryffindor, not cunning enough for Slytherin and Hufflepuff wouldn’t quite suit his love for learning.
