Brief Childhood History: Ailin was born in a magical world, a world she had created. In this world she had imaginary friends and her parents were definitely different. Both of them had successful jobs, her mother was a lawyer and her father an engineer. Neither of them really had the time for Ailin and when they did it was just to reprimand her for one thing or the other. Ailin liked sports, but her parents wouldn’t let her participate in any of them.
When she was eight she had started taken ballet classes and she liked it very much, she was so happy that she was doing something else besides school and homework. She had finally made friends in her ballet classes and felt like she belonged in the world. That was all over once she got a B in one test at school. Her parents took her out of ballet classes because it was interrupting with her classes and they didn’t let her go out with her friends from ballet because they said they had been a bad influence.
Ailin went back to having no friends whatsoever, because kids in her school always found her weird and never really got close to her. She begged her parents to put her in some kind of activity, but they just grounded her a month more for that. After that Ailin imagined a world were houses were made of chocolate and a gingerbread man was her friend, he was just so sweet.
When Ailin got the letter from Hogwarts she was more than thrilled. Finally, she would be able to go someplace else, someplace where she actually might be accepted by others rather than be excluded, a place where her parents wouldn’t be in and she could actually do more of what she liked. They did not like this idea at all, her daughter being a witch, they wanted to shun her from the world, her mother said she couldn’t believe she had given birth to such a child. Her father, who actually had more time in his hands than her mother decided to ask Ailin what she wanted to do. She told him she wanted to go to Hogwarts, so he took her to the train station the 1st of September, telling Ailin he would take care of her mother and to have fun.

Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): She is very nice and friendly, very talkative with her imaginary friend. She likes sports and thinks of herself as athletic and also likes the arts. She doesn’t discriminate in anyway and thinks everyone is unique. Her favorite classes have to be Defense Against the Dark Arts, Transfiguration and Charms, she loves the idea of jinxes, curses and turning simple things into amazing things.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): She is a little too much into studying, she puts a lot of pressure on herself to please her parents. She loves to please others and doesn’t think so much about herself. She doesn’t like animals so much, which makes her afraid of taking Care of Magical Creatures. She isn’t so confident, doesn’t think of herself as good in anything. She is very shy and doesn’t talk to real people, she is afraid of how she can be judged.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: I’d say Ravenclaw, she is a pretty smart and clever girl. She puts her studies first, but at the same time she is very friendly when she is approached, which makes her also a good candidate for Hufflepuff, so whichever you find best! xD
