Brief Childhood History:
Aries grew up in what would be considered a typical Pureblood home, minus the fact that his family never stayed in one place too long. Born in Liverpool but having lived there for only his first year of life it hardly a place he remembers. With his father being a business tycoon and mother a researcher of old magic, Aries rarely saw his parents. The Soul family moved about all of Europe in his childhood from a few weeks in St. Petersburg, Russia and a few months in southern France by Marseilles to almost a year in London. They also visited most of Eastern Europe in between his 6th and 10th birthday as well as a short stay in Turkey. Aries was brought up by his tutor, his Father's widowed sister and of course a Slytherin just like everyone else in the family has been except for one family member who attended the Durmstrang Institute for whatever reasons.
Aries having traveled much of Europe is fluent in many languages including French, Russian, Spanish, Italian, German (basic), Latin (basic). Though loved by his parents they rarely showed it, in the Soul household there was no such thing as public displays of affection. His father being busy with the business always demanded the boy be the best and only the best, if Aries was not first in anything he did he was punished as if he was last. His mother a researcher passed on her interests in the sciences but only as so far as a way to benefit himself. His Aunt was a strict and heavy handed teacher and taught the boy everything else from certain magic to social graces and of course the basic and advanced ways of manipulation.
Aries bring brought up in a typical Pureblood home expects people to respect him just because they must, he can be haughty and arrogant but only when he knows he is better. The Soul house being rich allowed Aries to be spoiled but only to a small degree, the boy had to always prove himself worthy of any attention or presents. His house did allow him to be physically active and over the years the boy became an adept flyer and eagerly waits to try out for the Quidditch team.

Traveling so much Aries has had to make friends and allies quickly being born a Libra also allows him to truly tune into what the other person wants or needs to hear, this allows Aries to be socially adept and manipulative. Aries was also tutored throughout his childhood regardless of where the family moved to, this perpetual tutoring has mad Aries into an adept student in many magic's though he favors DADA (the dark arts more like it), Charms, and transfiguration. Aries is also a quick thinker when pressed for time though he prefers to plan things out.
Weaknesses (At least three, including Personality and Academic):
Taught and trained in many magic's Aries easily excelled in most topics, though his laziness and perpetual boredom of anything that is easy is a concern specifically in the more boring topics such as Arithmancy, Muggle studies, and the History of Magic. His manipulation of others though a strength can also be considered a weakness. Aries is also competitive and cannot stand being second and again while this can be a good thing it can also cause him to be predictable and almost foolish at times if he isn't the best.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why:
Aries Soul would rather die than be in any other house other than Slytherin. Considering his upbringing and family bloodline it is rather expected if not guaranteed that he will be in House Slytherin. Though Aries has a taste for knowledge it is only a tool for his ambition of power. Similarly though brave Aries is cunning and smart enough to not over step his better until he can truly step over and on them. Finally Aries is the type to be popular but have few true friends and even fewer if any that he trusts.
