Brief Childhood History: Ted was born on the 28th of April. His mother, Carole is an extremely busy witch. She works in the ministry of magic as a cleaner and tries to make money any way that she can. Not much can be said about her personality, she rarely opens up to anyone but everyone that knows her knows that her one true love is her skids, Ted and Eleanor. Carole doesn't really get along with her husband Rob and they live in separate houses.
Rob is an auror in the ministry of magic and is everything that Ted wishes to become. However Rob's demanding job means that he doesn't have much time to see Ted, consequently Ted sometimes feels neglected but he always has the love of his mother to cheer him up. Ted and his lives in his Dad's house, because even though his Dad isn't there all the time he is extremely rich and the butlers and cleaning staff are like family to Ted. Ted is extremely proud of being pure blood, but he doesn't mock muggle borns and half-bloods.
Ted didn't have many close friends during childhood. He spent most of his life talking to most of the staff at his Dad's house and doesn't really meet much new people. The closest thing he had to a friend was a man called Jonathan. He's the butler at his Dad's house. Ted found Jonathan funny, caring but most importantly he had time for Ted, something that his Dad almost never had. He would sometimes pretend that he was an auror and Ted was a death eater and he was trying to capture him and they would often end up in stitches of laughter because of the amount of fun that they were having.
As a boy Ted didn't have much free time, constantly moving from his father's house to his mother's didn't do any good for his childhood but he was happy nevertheless. Ted's a happy-go-lucky person and doesn't give much concern to what's going on around him. He's a firm believer that if you're happy inside then nothing else really matters. Despite this he enjoys making other people smile. Throughout his childhood he had made it his goal to make as many people happy as he can. Whether he would be singing in funny accents, dancing and jumping around or simply telling a joke he would do anything for a laugh, he had a of aura of happiness around him, even if everything wasn't always as bright and happy as he made it out to be.
Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): Ted isn't a shy person and almost always make his presence heard, he's also the kind of person who can put a smile on someone's face just by looking at them. He is a strong at defence against the dark arts and tries his best at anything that would make him closer to become an auror like his father. Ted didn't have much of an interest in transfiguration but he found himself naturally gifted in the subject. He also has a passion for potions, and enjoys the subject.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): He is terrible at herbology and doesn't see the point of the subject. He also has a tendency to laugh at people whilst they talk to him about his problems and he can barely ever keep a straight face. Ted fails to understand the use of history of magic and is extremely incompetent at the subject. He also dislikes charms, not because of a particular lack of interest for the subject but he isn't gifted at the subject and he lacks the desire to try to get better at charms.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: I think he belongs in gryffindor because he's a bright spirit and a bundle of fun. He also aspires to be an auror and to fight the dark arts.
