Brief Childhood History: Maison grew up in Guildford with a magical mother (Lily) and a muggleborn father (Riley). Lily was born in Reading, England and Riley in Dunoon, Scotland. They now own a magical bookshop together that repairs broken books and has a lot of valuable antique books. They attended Hogwarts together, Riley being a year above Lily. Riley was sorted into Hufflepuff and Lily into Ravenclaw. They met in Duelling Club after Riley knocked Lily down with a haywire spell in his fifth year and offered to take her to the Hospital Wing. (And the rest is history)
Maison attended a muggle primary school and exceeded, but soon left after an accidental magic accident due to bullying. Maison has had incidents with the neighborhood children, who witnessed some of the magic and rarely ventures outside after getting some sort of revenge. Instead, he looks after his younger sister, Megan, who is 3 and goes through sheet after sheet of a muggle puzzle called Sudoku. He also has an older sister (Sheena) who graduated Hogwarts and is now living in France.
After recieving his Hogwarts letter, his mum took him to Diagon Alley to get everything he'd need and he came back with a stack of books taller then he is (Which doesn't take much) and hasn't stopped reading since. He can read quite fast, and nobody believes that which annoys him. He likes to find out how and why things work as he finds it quite interesting and hopes to develop new spells.
He can be quiet at times, but knows when to speak up and the consequences. He thinks everything through before doing anything but like everyone, acts recklessly. Maison hates repetition and things that aren't challenging.
Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): His favourite subject would either be Charms or DADA. Potions would be a close second/third. He's read a lot of books about them (at the moment) and can't wait to actually do the spells. Maison obviously likes to read a lot and fly and hopes to be on the Quidditch team as a seeker or chaser. With friends, Maison can be confident and a show off, but shies away from some things. He enjoys company, but not when he's busy and hates being interrupted when he's talking,.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): Herbology, Astronomy and, Transfiguration. He is slightly afraid of the plants in Herbology, can be too impatient for Transfiguration when he gets things wrong. He doesn't like to get things wrong because he's a perfectionist at the wrong times. He doesn't like Astronomy because if you ask him what he can see in the stars, he will in fact say "stars", much to the annoyance of his dad. Maison can be forgetful at times and gets in trouble for not doing homework.
Maison can be easily annoyed, especially when disturbed for unimportant reasons, and can react badly if it's been a bad day. He's not sensitive to other's feelings sometimes and is paranoid about what other people think of him.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: Ravenclaw, because he likes to learn things and is always seen with a book of some sort. He might do well in Slytherin, due to his quiet cunning, ambition and need for revenge, but I think he would do better in Ravenclaw.
