Brief Childhood History: Victoria was born to the modest, but still very pureblood, house of Parkin. While her family did not necessarily hate muggles, they didn't especially like them, or at least the majority of them.The family name was Parkin before the fall of Voldemort, and they were big supporters of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, however, after the fall her parents retreated to Spain and put Victoria in a boarding school in Britain so as to avoid her being around any potential drama. There was none, but the family changed it's name to Parker to avoid any mess. They were not around when Voldemort came back, because they didn't want to go through the mess when he eventually died, as they figured he would.
The Parkers moved along in upper-class Spanish society while Victoria learned to be a lady. That was, until she received her letter from Hogwarts. The Parkers had kept their English address on the side so no one would get suspicious about the Parkin's disappearance. On a routine trip to the English home to collect mail and belongings they might need from the house, Mr. Parker came across Victoria's letter. He was very wary about giving it to her, since her attendance at Hogwarts would possibly blow their cover. He thought it best in the end though, that giving it to her would cause less problems than ignoring it completely. He found, after sending the letter to her at the boarding school, that she had already received a copy there, and that the school had basically made a laughing stock of her. Protecting his daughter, he withdrew her from the school, and took her along her way to prepare her for Hogwarts. Being made a joke at the Muggle school, she sees Hogwarts as a new start, and wishes to become the best witch she can possibly be. She now spends her summers with her aunt Cleo in England, except on the off chance that she visits her parents in Spain.
Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): Victoria is an excelled student and learner, is extremely trustworthy, and very organized and planned. She is very much a lady, but is not flimsy or fragile. She excells in Potions and Transfiguration.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): She tends to avoid her emotions and feelings, and can appear cold, but longs for an emotional relationship. Deep inside she wants to be loved, but wont let that affect her academic life if at all possible. Classes she does not excell in include Muggle Studies and Astronomy.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: Slytherin. Victoria, while intelligent, witty, and capable, is more apt to use that intelligence and wit to be a very cunning student. While she doesn't believe in direct revenge, at least in the immediate sense, she is the type to sit around and meticulously plan her revenge out, sometimes waiting so long to do so that the offender doesn't even remember what they may have done.
