Brief Childhood History:
Growing up, Aubrey Castelton was handed everything she ever needed, and then some. Her parents, Fantine and Acelin Castelton loved their precious daughter so of course, Aubrey had many friends, toys, candies, and clothes. The Castelton's only allowed Aubrey to associate with pureblood wizard's and witch's children. Any other bloodline was a threat to little Aubrey's 'innocence'.
Aubrey was a curiously clever little girl. She loved solving jigsaw puzzles, but she was also quite violent. She would rip the heads off of her least favorite porcelain dolls, and draw dark marks on the arms of her favorite dolls. Her parents saw this to be normal for their little darling, but other parents...not so much. Since Aubrey was raised in a manner where it was okay to destroy things and be vicious to other children, such as scratching and pulling hair of other tots. Though Aubrey was a little devil, she also had a sweet side that respected authority, and had good etiquette and social grace. When with her closest friends, Aubrey was kind and compassionate.
Aubrey had a prestigious wizard as her tutor, since Aubrey's parents did not feel the desire for Aubrey to attend a muggle school. Aubrey excelled in grammar and literature, but did not care for mathematics. Although Aubrey was incredibly sharp in other spots curriculum wise, she knew nothing about what muggles have done in the history of the world do to her parent's bitter distaste for them.
Strengths : Potions and Charms. Aubrey is good at both subjects because she has an eye for perfection, which comes in handy for both subjects. Aubrey has good etiquette, treats authority with respect, and has social grace. Also, she is kind to her loyal friends. Since Aubrey's parent's held a lot of parties, she gained a lot of experience growing up dealing with large crowds, and table manners. Aubrey is also very athletic and enjoys a good run and daily exercise. She loves to make people laugh, too. Unfortunately, most people only see the rude and conceited side of her, but Aubrey is sweet once someone gets to know her.
Weaknesses : Muggle Studies and Herbology. She is rather poor in Herbology because she doesn't like plants unless they're in her favorite perfume.Other than that, Aubrey doesn't like plants of any sort. Also, she is weak in Muggle Studies because she doesn't know much about muggles, and prefers not to know, since her parents have always shared a bad attitude towards them. Viciousness and violence, and a bad temper. Aubrey also has a bad attitude towards muggles and muggleborns. Also, she is self-absorbed and likes to indulge herself with nice things like clothes, jewelry and the like.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: I feel that the House of Slytherin would suit Aubrey simply because she has a strong passion for her Pureblood heritage, is clever, and doesn't care for muggleborns. Aubrey's father, Acelin, was in Slytherin, also. (Her mom, Fantine, went to Beauxbatons because she was born and raised in France.)
