First and Last Name: Emma Grace Oakwood

Bloodline: Muggle Born
Hair Color: Auburn
Eye Color: Blue/green
General Build: Petite
Height: Tall

Birthplace: London
Brief Childhood History: The morning the Oakwoods found out they were having a baby they were thrilled. It had always felt like another extraneous idea in Mrs. Glenda Oakwood's mind, but now it was happening! The young couple were so excited singing and dancing around the fancy apartment like mad. They quickly had decorated a room, came up with a name, and knew what gender it was, a girl!

Suddenly it was August 14, the due date. After what seemed like forever a brilliant baby girl was born. She was brilliant they knew she should be named Emma. After bringing their pink bundle of joy home all they did was spoil their baby girl.

On her fifth birthday they sent her to the best Private school in London. This is where she learned how it really was in the muggle world.. Although the teachers were nice and she had a lot of great friends, she still wasn't popular. There was one girl named Allie Marie ever sense they met Allie Marie had been cruel to her. Calling her names like "Ginger" or taunting by saying "How's it like to have no soul?" Oh how Emma despised her.

One day while Allie Marie was tormenting her Emma cracked. She was sick and tired of crying, so she talked back. Only it got worse and Allie Marie started yelling back and words were thrown left and right suddenly Allie Marie was screaming, a high pitched, unfriendly, wail. Her hair had caught on fire, just like that! No one knew what had happened, but Emma had an uneasy feeling she had caused it. Rumor had it she had caught her hair on fire. So because no one was there to see it Emma was expelled.

When Emma got home her parents were livid. Emma was unfairly grounded, her parents to ashamed to speak to her at their meals. Emma was frowned on like a thunderstorm. Her mother was so embarrassed she barely even looked at her, this silent treatment went on for two weeks. When suddenly Emma walked into the kitchen to see her mother sorting through letters. There was a letter to her! Emma picked up the heavy letter and to her curiosity peeked inside. The envelope smelled of old books and promise. Hopefull the red head tore open the letter and read it aloud, mostly because her mother was peering over her shoulder. A squeal of delight danced out of the eleven year old's mouth. Her mum took the letter in surprise and read it over again. Suddenly Glenda Oakwood grabbed her daughter pulling her into a sharp gripped hug. There was a witch in the family, Emma!

Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): Emma is a great friend, who can keep you secrets, make you laugh until you cry, and laughs at your jokes even if it isn't very funny. She always sees the best in a stormy day or a wilted flower. Always having a positive personality has made her life better for her and everyone around her. Having a work ethnic has never been a problem for her. She is great at Herbology for her love for plants. She is also very gifted in Care of Magical Creatures, for she adores all kinds of animals... Even if they are a bit dangerous. Heh.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): Emma is a very sensitive person, meaning a lot of things you may say playing around she will take offense to. She is extremely stubborn and although sometimes it can be seen as a good trait if what she thinks is right she probably won't lesson to your side. For her academic weaknesses, you may say she is a bit of a control freak. If you were to do a project she would probably take over, so normally people take advantage of her smarts. Emma is awful at potions. She tries, but something always goes wrong when she tries hard.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why:Emma would do best in Hufflepuff for her loyalty and hard work. She is very patient and hardworking. She has the true Hufflepuff spirit. Not to mention that Herbology is one of her best classes. With her true heart and kindness, why wouldn't Emma be best in Hufflepuff?

Hiya! Welcome to HPRPG!  :biglove: We're so glad you've joined our little corner of the role-playing world. Before we can get your character sorted, I need you to make some quick changes to her sheet.

In her 'Brief Childhood History,' while someone would come to the Oakwood's house to explain the wizarding world to them (you can find out more in the HP Lexicon) Emma is the one who would receive her acceptance letter to Hogwarts.

In her 'What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why' section, I need you to narrow down this category to one house and then give more details. Having a talent for Herbology isn't a singular Hufflepuff trait nor are all smart people in Ravenclaw. Currently Ravenclaw is closed, if that would influence your decision. You can find out more here.

Thank you!  :biglove: After you've made the changes in your sheet, edit the subject line of your post from 'Pending' to 'Edited' and it will be looked at ASAP! =D
