Brief Childhood History:
Erin was born to Mark and Kristine Anderson, both of London. Her mother was a witch, and her father a muggle. She grew up a well rounded child, with good morals, and was always taught to do what was right, no matter what. She had a great relationship with both parents, and was very open with them.
She was easily able to make and keep friendships. Her impulsiveness occasionally got her into trouble at school, mostly for saying something out of turn, or when she was angry, telling someone how she felt, (which may not have always been kind) without thinking it through.
Her curiosity drove her to try many different things in the muggle world. She was always the first to volunteer to try something new, and generally enjoyed the experience.
Her parents kept the fact that her mother was a witch from her until the age of ten. She was thrilled. Her happy childhood just became twice as wonderful. She was intrigued and excited. She and her parents waited anxiously in hopes that she would receive her letter.
Her mother took her to Diagon Alley, and showed her the world that she came from after she received her letter. Her first order of business, was of course, to get her wand. She picked up a wand for the very first time, gave it a wave, and broke a window. Several wands later, she picked up a Unicorn hair, 10 inch willow wand, and she knew it was hers. That was when the feeling that she was a witch had finally become real, and she knew she truly was a witch. Her mother showed Erin the world that was now hers, and she was thrilled.

Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): Brave, can be quick witted, she will always stand up for what she feels is right, and impulsive (it can work with her or against her). Her impulses, caring nature, and bravery will cause her to immediately defend someone being picked on.
She would excel at Defense Against the Dark Arts because it keeps her interest and she loves the learning about things generally related to "action."
She would also excel at Transfiguration, purely because that was her mother's best subject, and she inherited that from her mother.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): Impulsive when it works against her, because she will say what she thinks, and it can cause her to get in trouble, and she acts without thinking on a regular basis. She can be a bit bossy, but she means well. She just likes to be in control, and hates taking orders. She likes to run things, in a sense, and when she is being bossy, she is usually unaware of it, and becomes bossy because people won't cooperate with her.
Potions is one of her weaker subjects, for sure. When her mother tried to teach her a little bit about it so she'd be okay at it and already know some of the stuff, she found it dull.
She hates astronomy. She finds it boring, pointless, and she usually tries to sneak in a nap during astronomy. She hates it, and will go out of her way to avoid it.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: Gryffindor, because she is impulsive and has a good heart. Gryffindor's are brave, and put in a scary situation, her impulses and willpower would drive her to make it through alive with all of her companions.
Her impulses, matched with her good nature, would cause her to react to things within a few seconds, and in a perilous situation, that could be the different between life and death for more than just herself.
