Brief Childhood History:
Henry is the only son to Maria Barlow and Ted Barlow, although his relationship with his father is nonexistent. Ted Barlow left the family when Henry was two years old and never returned. His mother is a hard working real-estate agent, who doesn't have much time for her son even though she loves him dearly.
Henry always did something to broaden his mind, weather it was reading a book to getting down and dirty outside and study a worm in the garden. He loved learning new things and trying to figure out the problems that arose in front of him.
His mother always noticed that he was rather different from normal children, that he always kept his distance. He had no friends and therefore didn't play much as she thought children normally did… although she knew that he would never be perfectly normal.
Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): Henry has a rather curious nature which makes him go above and beyond in his academic studies to find out more. He is rather laid back and easy going, knowing that you sometimes can’t change things… so why bother trying? He is rather devoted to the things he loves and his willing to stand up for them even through his shyness. He is also quite a peaceful character and would rather quarrel with words then with spells.
Although he has never done magic in his life, he believes he would rather enjoy Charms and Potions. He loves the idea of learning all the helpful spells in Charms, and finds the process of making a potion quite interesting.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): As stated above, Henry is a rather shy person. He would rather go unnoticed and stay quite then have all eyes on him. Although once people start talking to him, he slowly comes out of his shell and opens up. His curiosity is both a blessing and a curse. It can sometimes make him to do some strange things and would lead him too far in many cases. He also has a very wandering mind and drifts off in his own head… only to find out that he has missed something important that someone has said or done.
He hates the idea of Defense against the Dark Arts as he could barely harm a fly, let alone a fellow student, so he doesn’t see himself taking a liking to the class.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: Most likely Ravenclaw. He has quite a bubbling mind and loves absorbing things. Otherwise Hufflepuff would seem to suit him well.
