Physical Description: Very short, with curly blonde hair, green eyes and a pug nose. Neither skinny nor pudgy.
Bloodline: Pure Blood
Short Background: She grew up in a dirty, poor, part of London. She is poor but her mother is a very talented and skilled witch. Her father died when she was 7. They are not extremely poor so they can afford decent second hand robes and items.
Strengths: Grew up in a wizarding family so she knows simple magic. She can be very determined and bright at times.
Weaknesses: Sometimes her lack of height gets in the way. She can get ditzy if she gets excited.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: Hufflepuff is the house her mother belonged to and Katie can be somewhat blonde at times, so I think that will be fine.
