Brief Childhood History: Pansy grew up in a muggle family. She has 5 younger siblings, 3 girls and 2 boys. She grew up in a small town near London called Rain, England. Pansy was raised in a large, fancy house. Her dad works at a bank and her mom is never home because she is too busy socializing and gossiping with the other ladies in the town. Sometimes neither of her parents show up at the house for days. The only time Pansy sees her mother is at church on Sundays and the only time she sees her father is when he drops money off at the house for the family. Pansy finds herself crying at night a lot because she misses her parents so much. Because Pansy is the eldest child in the family, she has basically raised the children herself. She has a job in the town as a maid for a young couple. Luckily she doesn't have to bring her sisters and brothers with her to work because her dad is very wealthy and has enough money to send them all to a private school. Pansy isn't aloud to go to school because her parents believe she wouldn't have time with her job and caring for the children, but Pansy studies her siblings school books so that she can be as smart as them. As soon as her and her friend got the acceptance letter to Hogwarts, Pansy knew she must go. She knew that Hogwarts would prepare her for a much better life, and she immediately set off without even asking permission from her parents.
Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): Pansy's strength in personality is her outgoing nature and always energetic and happy mood. She is a great friend to have and is very loyal to those she knows and loves. She can always lighten a tense mood and always is having fun. She is polite and has good manners around adults. Her strengths academically include transfiguration and defense against the dark arts. She has practiced transfiguration a lot, and scanned through the DADA textbook, and she seems to have a knack for the subject. She is also very athletic, and hopes to get good at flying and maybe play Quidditch.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): Pansy is very emotional. Anything sad can instantly lead her to tears. She is also shy and timid around people she feels she can't trust, and she makes it obvious when she doesn't like someone. She can over-exaggerate just about anything, and at times is way too sarcastic. Pansy has an extremely hard time with potions. She has a hard time memorizing the different ingredients and always panics when she does the slightest thing wrong.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: I feel my character would be good in any house, her personality varies quite a bit. She is energetic and fun-loving like a badger, smart and thoughtful like a raven, brave and outgoing like a lion, and sometimes rude and shallow like a Slytherin. Pansy would be happy in any house, after all she is always happy.
