Brief Childhood History:
Darian was raised by her father, Jared. Her mother, Sarah, died at an early age, and Darian doesn't recall anything about her. Darian grew up in the country side, with an average house and yard. As she grew up, her father kept teaching her different things about the Wizard World. Then one day, at the age of six, he fell madly in love with another woman. Darian hated the fact that he had gotten over Sarah, because she didn’t want a different mother.
Her life started going down from there. Her father married the woman named Lucy, and he hardly paid any attention to her when her baby sister was born. Lucy wasn’t a mean lady. Darian just never gave her a chance. Now that it’s her time to go to Hogwarts, she hopes she can figure out a way to either get rid of Lucy, or become her friend.
Strengths (Including Personality and Academic):
Darian is going to excel in Defense Against the Dark Arts. It was her father’s favorite subject in his Hogwarts career, and she wishes to be just like her father. Darian does everything to get her father’s attention, and she thinks this is the exact way to do so. She’s also great at Herbology. In her yard, every summer she would plant a garden. Sometimes the plants would die, but every time she worked at it, she got better. Plants are a passion to her, and she finds them very interesting. There’s always something new to learn! As for her personality, there’s something that not everyone can do. She is not afraid to speak her mind. If you’re doing something that bothers her, she will definitely let you know. Speaking is one of her favorite things to do, and she is often told to hold her tongue. That doesn’t last very long, of course. She’s not afraid to speak in front of crowds, in fact, it’s something she does to relieve pressure.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic):
She’s not the best at Potions. In fact, she’s awful at them. No matter how hard she tries to conjure it up correctly, something is always not right. Either she will accidently skip a step, or add too much of something. Whatever the reason, it will never turn out. Muggle Studies is her next terrible grade. Darian doesn’t find it interesting to learn about the Muggle World. She doesn’t understand why we need to learn about their appliances and their lifestyle. It bores her, and she usually doesn’t pay attention to something boring. Another weakness is that she’s judgmental. If Darian sees someone and they act like the own the world, she will not like them. Meeting new people is great, but she’s picky on who she wants to meet. It’s hard to give people chances, since she doesn’t trust anyone but her father and little sister, Anne. If you make a good impression to Darian, you will be considered a friend.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why:
Well her first option would be Slytherin, and then Ravenclaw, but I see that every house is full except for Hufflepuff... Which is the house that she does not want to be included in. Slytherin is perfect because she has that mischievous side to her, the side that no one wants to be around. She tends to ignore people when they're trying to tell her something important. If she doesn't want to hear it, then she won't hear it. Like I said above, she is judgmental. If she sees someone prowling around like a Queen, she will show them who is the boss, and who is not. That's really only for people who annoy her to death, though.
But if it's Hufflepuff, then it's Hufflepuff. It doesn't really matter. (:
