Brief Childhood History: The pastoral land Lenore’s family owns is too small to support the family's suspiciously lucrative wool exports business. Lenore brings little praise to the family or its prosperity; so she plays second fiddle to some sheep. Her parents had hoped their daughter would at least be pleasant and attractive. Regrettably, the Muggle school children say she smells like swamp frogs and tease Lenore mercilessly. Indeed, she wades through the bog on reconnaissance missions for commando-auror make believe. Her brothers were the only friends she had. She is plagued with freckles and towers awkwardly over her classmates. Lenore has not yet grown into coordination since her latest growth spurt.
The Parr family had few interactions with other Wizards. Proper Wizard families spurn the Parrs for an embarrassing period in the 12th century when they intermarried desperate to preserve pure blood. One of the few, Mr. Parr's accountant often visited towing his son. He is older than Lenore and gorgeous and not impressed with her rude staring. And by rude staring, I mean she was paralyzed with wonder and utterly incapable of speaking to him. Her behavior around cute boys has not improved much.
Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): Lenore is fearless. (Not to be confused with impulsive.) She has a realistic perception of her capabilities and cannot be intimidated from doing what she knows she can. Lenore is both rational and suspends reality. She is not creative, but she is innovative. This characteristic is invaluable to both the precision and art of potion making. Lenore’s other favorite class is Transfiguration, which she believes to be an invaluable resource for power in the future.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): There is little Lenore loves more than herself. This is why she is sensitive about her freckles and, until her peers grow to full height, being unfashionably tall. She does guard her friends and loyally defend them, almost as passionately as her self. If her pursuit hurts others, it only matters if she cares about them. Charms is the worst sort of subject Lenore can imagine. She considers charm spells superficial illusions that deceive and disguise reality. She hates it more than anything, second only to sheep.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: It is normal to possess characteristics from each house. Lenore is impossible to intimidate, she finds power in knowledge, she values her friends, but probably she wants to prove her worth most of all. Slytherins might have an unfavorable reputation, but it is not evil to be selfish and proud.
