Lillianna Hollingberry - Approved [S]

First and Last Name: Lillianna Hollingberry

Bloodline: Pureblood
Hair Color: Light Brown
Eye Color: Blue
General Build: Petite
Height: tall

Birthplace: London, England
Brief Childhood History: Lillianna grew up in a typical Pureblood honor-filled house hold, taught that they were better than everyone else, simply because of their family members and bloodlines. But Lillianna never believed in that stuff, and she couldn't wait to go to Hogwarts where she could make her own friends and get away from her mother and father that picked them for her because they were worried about her socializing with "the wrong kind." She was a 'late bloomer' when it came to her magic, and she was sure that she wasn't going to go to Hogwarts, but she thought differently when she lit part of her mother's garden on fire by accidental magic. Being secluded away from a lot of families, she was homeschooled with a tutor she liked, and really missed when she had to leave when it was time for Lillianna to go to Hogwarts.

When it came to terms of what she did for fun, she liked to wander around outside and explore the wilderness and climb trees. She never was good at making friends with some of the girls her age, since they were so petty, but she made good friends with the few of the guys her age and got cuts and scrapes on her knees while playing. She, like all her other friends, used to play a small game of Quidditch for fun, and she generally played chaser. Though she was only okay at it, since her balance on a broom needed improvement.

Though told not to be nice to the house-elf, she still was and before she actually made one or two friends, the house elf seemed to be her only friend. And it hurt her to see him get punished when he did something wrong. But, once she got her friends, her house-elf never seemed much more than a servant to her.

Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): She's quite ambitious, therefore she won't give up easily to get what she wants, so that could be very useful when she's bad at a class. She's brilliant in Potions, just like her father was, and sometimes just for fun she'll try to make up her own recipes for potions, to see if that works better. Though of course, it doesn't always work. She also isn't afraid to get up in front of large crowds, so presenting a project wouldn't be too hard for her.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): She isn't very trusting, because growing up in a household like hers, she knew that it was every man for himself, and don't trust others because they'll stab you in the back. So she is that way too, just a bit, so it's harder for her to make friends. She is awful at Herbology and she has what she likes to call the "death touch." To her, it seems like every plant she touches, dies, but it's because she's not that good caring for plants. She also is very impatient, so that can get on other's nerves.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: Slytherin, I believe because she has that ambitious trait, and she's pretty sly, even if she is quiet at times. Also because when she does finally get something right, she can get quite cocky to the other people. So I believe Slytherin is the right choice for her.

Heya Lillianna and welcome to HPRPG~!

However, before we can approved you, there are a few things that need editing! First, for her height, we ask that you use one of the three adjectives given on the sheet rather than any specific measurements.

Second, could you maybe give us a bit more about Lillianna's childhood? Other than knowing she grew up in the typical pureblood household and didn't agree with it, I don't really think we know too much about her. What sort of things did she do for fun, was she homeschooled, etc. Feel free to look at some approved sheets for a better idea here. ^^ Additionally, setting a whole meadow on fire is a bit steep in terms of accidental, uncontrollable magic. Keep in mind that anything a muggle would see would require the ministry to step in to remove memories and such. Maybe tone down the scale of the fire?

Once you've made the above changes just change the title from 'pending' to 'edited' and we'll continue from there.
