Brief Childhood History: Hailey Garrott grew up in the outskirts of Manchester. Why the outskirts? It was more secluded. She lives in a two story old Tudor home, with her parents and younger sister. Hailey's sister is only five, while she is eleven. Both of Hailey's parents are magical, and came from magical families.
Hailey's mother, Felicia, is very aproving of relationships with muggles. She finds them fascinating and overall, she is a kind person. When Felicia went to Hogwarts, she was in Hufflepuff. On the other hand is her father, Robert. He grew up in more of a status-oriented family. He was a Slytherin, and he had fallen in love with a Hufflepuff. His parents weren't too fond of her at first, but they thought it better than a Gryffindor. Hailey's little sister's name is Henrietta, Etta for short.
Hailey gets along relatively well with her younger sister, and she helps to take care of her. Robert is usually off at work, in the Ministry's Department of Magical Transportation, where he regulates and keeps track of the different types of transporting devices. As for Felicia, she stays home with Hailey and Etta, where she home schools them.
Strengths: Hailey is the type of girl who stands up for herself, not liking to be pushed around. She also pays attention to miniscule details, this helps her exceed at Potions, being able to brew a potion exactly as told. Hailey also can be very creative, she likes write to write stories.
Weaknesses: Personality wise, her downfall is being too judgemental upon just meeting someone. In school, she is unable to do well in History of Magic. It bores her too much, she is more worried about the future.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: Hailey truly belongs in Slytherin for a number of reasons. One, she has an attitude like a Slytherin, she only cares to think about her future and well-being. She really does want to prove herself to her father and the world. Second, Hailey is really ambitious, she does do her best to go out for anything and everything, trying to be perfect. If she could not be in Slytherin, she would most likely fit into Ravenclaw well, as her brain is geared to learning what she can, and she enjoys it.
