Birthplace: Dungannon, County Tyrone. Northern Ireland
Brief Childhood History: Sissori was born to American pureblooded wizard, Francis Acrossias and English pureblooded witch, Holly Prince. She however is their second child, and their only child to show the gift of magic, her older brother, Razloro, being a squib. When he was born, instead of sending him off to live with muggles, Francis and Holly kept him and moved the family to Dungannon, where later Sissori would be born.
She was raised very special, and extremely different from her brother. While he went to normal school, and she was homeschooled. She was also very favored by her fathers side of the family, who did not look kindly on her father keeping a muggle as his child. Every year for the holidays Sissori stayed with her Acrossias family members in the US. This made her also gain a certain disdain towards her older brother, whom she thought her parents must have favored, and unfortunately at a young age, Sissori became very proud of her pureblood witching status.
She was not an unkind child though and was actually well loved in her hometown of Dungannon. She did however have a hard time relating to the children her own age, and soon could not wait to leave all of it behind to attend Hogwarts, which was the school her mother went to, graduating as a Slytherin. Everyday after she turned eleven she waited anxiously for her letter.
Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): Sissori, even at her young age, has a calculating mind. She is always able to see a situation from every angle, and was known for being able to talk her way out of anything. She shows a certain aptitude for potions, and a keen interest in Astronomy.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): While Sissori was raised on respect for authority, she does have quite a temper on her, and sometimes she says things without realizing they can be considered offensive. Also she has been known to daydream. While she is a bright young lass, she knew she would someday struggle with Charms, and she has a fear of many large magical creatures, particularly dragons.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: Originally I was going to make Sissori a Ravenclaw, but I thought more on her backstory and now I have decided I would like her to be a Slytherin. Her mother before her was, and Sissori is proud of that. She has a deep desire to prove herself as a great witch because of the special treatment of her brother. She is smart, some may say wickedly so, but she is still cheery, which doesn't necessarily mean that she couldn't be Slytherin. And of course she is pureblooded which is something Slytherin House looks for.
