Actually, that's not true, which is good for you and good for us! Before anyone panics further, let me explain...
What really happened is that all of our summer areas have moved from [Read Only] to [Hidden] status. Your threads are still there, you can still use them for advancement (though really, we prefer classes to wildcards), and you can access them in two very simple ways!
The first way to find a thread from the summer is to use our lovely
Search Function. Simply enter a term you know you used in a post (e.g. your character's name, maybe?) and your username. Then, click on the 'Choose a board to search in, or search all' link at the bottom of the form. This will let you directly select our summer activity boards, even though you won't see them on the index page of the forum.
The second way to find one of your past threads is by visiting the 'Show Posts' section of
your profile page. This link (found in the left side menu) will bring up all the posts you've ever made on the forum in the areas you currently have permissions to read. Find a post from the thread you want, click its post name, and voila! You are now viewing your summer thread.
