First and Last Name: Matthew Adams
Physical Description: In height and weight, Matt is pretty average at eleven, even a bit on the chubby side, (he has round cheeks which his aunt couldn't resist pinching every time), He has bright brown eyes, and his brown hair is somewhat short and wavy, and, while at home, groomed by his mother everytime they went out. Which lasted all of... 30 minutes at the most.
As for most children, he's small now, but will get a growing spurt that will make him taller than he expected, courtesy of his dad's genetics. He's a rather active boy, finding it sort of hard to sit still for more than a while. He wears muggle clothing all the time, at home, and hates the confinement of the uniform and tries to get rid of it as soon as he can.
Bloodline: Muggleborn
Short Background: Youngest child and the only Son of Natalie Adams and Christopher Adams.
Matt was born and lived all his life in Bristol, in what could be considered an almost complete muggle life. He has only one other sibling, Charlotte, his older sister, who is not a witch, and the fact that Matthew is, is something that created a bit if tension between the sibling at the moment Matt's hogwarts letter came. His relation with Charlotte is good, even if it will never be the same. Something about Matt getting to be Special.
Matthew lived a pretty average muggle life, his life revolved around his family and a few friends, that he has to leave behind now.
When he went to Diagon Alley, it was the first time he had ever encounterd more wizards, and that was an experience that he still remembers. For Matthew, all that has to do with the wizarding world is a new experience, becuase of his muggle raising, and the fact that all the magic he knew before, was the one shown on TV or the movies, and he really didn't think that he would be able to do stuff like that. There were really not that many indications that Matt was all that especial, he wasn't an overtly magic child, but there were a couple incidents as he grew up, mostly chalked up to coincidence.
Strengths: He has a good soul. He will stand by his beliefs and the people he loves. Its the belief that he's doing the right thing that can impulse him on doing things that he wouldn't normally do on his own.
He loves hanging out with friends, even if he is a bit shy making them, as once he befriends someone, he'll be their friend for life.
His best class is charms, even if he's not marvelous at it, but that class, along with Transfigurations are the ones that he really enjoys since its more practicall work and less reading.
Weaknesses: He's abit ackward in social situations. He always has the best intention on mind, even if it doesn't quite work out that way which can make some missunderstandings.
He's not very aplicated with schoolwork, either he gets it or not, but it will take a lot for him to worry about his schoolwork after class, specially since he could be playing or something more important like that .
Also, being new to the magic world, he can be a bit too inocent as he doesn't really understand why Purebloods think their superior, and can be a easy target as he is too trusting.
What house your character belongs in and why: Hufflepuff, he is brave, but its the loyalty to his friends that can make him stand, he will give all he can to the people he feels close.
