Aubrey Cordelia Waldorf.

Bloodline:
Pureblood.
Hair Color:
Platinum Blonde.
Eye Color:
Glass-Blue.
General Build:
Average
Height:
Tall

Birthplace:
London, United Kingdom.

Brief Childhood History:
Mr. and Mrs. Waldorf were most definitely the snobbiest perfectionists you'd ever have the misfortune to meet. With their pale and genetically perfect heads held high, and their straight and long noses firmly outside other people's businesses, they had convinced themselves that there could never be two families of a kind that were exactly like them, even though England of the XXth century and below was literally filled with Pureblooded families that acted the exact same way as them. Counting everyone that did not bear the last-name of Waldorf in their birth certificates inferior towards them, both Helena and Gerard Waldorf swore to their lives to raise one perfect little Waldorf, who would continue their pseudo-noble legacy of one golden achievement after another, therefore on one icy November morning, they introduced their latest reason to brag in front of their "friends", young Aubrey Waldorf, a little girl pre-destined to shine, and to be perfect in every single way. Since Mr.Gerard held a prestigious strong spot at the Ministry Of Magic, and Mrs.Helena held the name of the most famous wizard'd clothing designers in the entire United Kingdom, their young daughter would have any financial support and material goods she needed, and most of the time, simply asked for.

But moving on to the centerpiece of the Waldorf family, Aubrey. She was simply, a little mischievous girl that was only seen fooling around with the heirs of other snobby families in her city for most of her childhood. It was not only her name that made other kids in the playground want to approach her, but her undeniable wit and brightness at such a young age, which she most of the time used to construct traps and tricks for other kids, most of whom were considered her "friends". Aubrey though, didn't know the name "friendship". She believed nobody was to be trusted, as carefully instructed by her parents, and that at some point in her life, everyone would try to bring her down. Perhaps they were right. As a child, Aubrey was the only girl in her circle of peers she loved to tease, manipulate and mostly embarrass, that lived by the motto of "Offense is the best defense", a motto that was sure to follow her around for the greatest part of her life. Aubrey's priorities were shaped at such a young age, that the only thing she was determined to do, was to struggle herself to climb to the top, no matter what. She was forbidden to ever be accompanied by Muggle children, even though surprisingly enough, Muggle-Born and Half-Blood children seemed to be no problem (Actually, since Pureblooded kids her age were counted with the fingers of one hand, this came as no surprise). Aubrey soon developed a sense of superiority towards other children, because there was only one thing she knew better than everyone else did: That she, Aubrey Cornelia Waldorf, was the best, and that she would not be stopped at anything.

Luckily for her, her parents thought about their little girl being a loner in Hogwarts, therefore their best move was to make her start a friendship with another young Pureblooded girl, from the noble doors of the Gelson family, yet another filthy rich, Pureblooded family, expecting a young girl. Since Aubrey and Rodelia were raised together, whether they liked to or not, they soon started considering each-other as sisters, more than friends. Their bond was so close, that it was practically impossible to imagine what life would be like without each-other, even though their similar personalities clashed so much at times, that they were constantly arguing and fighting, but in the end they both knew that their friendship was something sacred that could never be interrupted by any matters that concerned other people they could ever associate with. Rodelia was, after all, the only girl that accepted Aubrey with all her flaws, which she would never admit to having, mostly because they shared pretty much the same backgrounds and thoughts about the World that surrounded them.

Having been used to being out in public a lot, we could say Aubrey has learnt her manners, and is pretty controlled when it comes to scandalous events and emergencies. She always manages to maintain a cold and stiff frame when she's out in public. Everything about her outer appearance speaks a lot about the image Aubrey struggles so hard to maintain, everything from the slow, high-pitched voice to the way she walks with her head held high and a stare that shows complete indifference and apathy towards the World, says that Aubrey is perceived as full of herself, and difficult to approach, intimidating, if I must say so. In fact, it is pretty hard for Aubrey to step out of that frame, because generally, she's not the type of girl that kisses people as a way to say hello.

She also has a pet cat named Diamond, which she got as a present when she turned nine years old. Diamond is a white, persian cat. This is her: http://petslobby.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/03/persian_cat_white.jpg

Strengths (Including Personality and Academic):
Aubrey has a charming way with words. She could trick anyone to do whatever she wanted, simply by sitting down with them and having a civilized conversation. She used this to benefit some pretty mischievous deeds, which were so frequent and unimportant in her childhood, that I believe are not worth mentioning. Other than that, Aubrey is extremely determined, often to the point of becoming pathologically hysterical if she didn't get what she wanted, but this served her as no more and no less than a motivation to excel at anything. She is obsessed with succeeding, and is a born, natural leader. In fact, she has the reflex of always assigning herself as a leader, even when it's unnecessary. As her academic strengths, Potions is her favourite subject, having brewed one or two potions back at when she was young. She's also good at Transfiguration, even though she doesn't like this subject as much as Potions.

Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic):
She is pretty self-obsessed, sometimes to the point of being vain. She believes she's born to be the best at everything, and sometimes this mania she has takes aggressive tones towards other people. To her friends, she is cold, to the point of not being able to manage an emotional relationship with any of her peers. Since she puts her interests first, she was also proven to not be quite reliable. As her academic weaknesses, I would mention she's not quite good at Flying, and Care About Magical Creatures, because her physical side was never athletic. She's more of an indoors person that an outdoors one, and she dislikes nature.

What house you feel like your character belongs in, and why:
Well, since she has a Slytherin history in her family, I would highly appreciate it if you put her in that house. I believe she is an example of the perfect combination of high tones of self-confidence, often taking dangerous tones. She's ambitious, manipulative, and the fact that she liked to push everyone who tried to create an emotional relationship with her due to her excessive need to make people fail before they tried to bring her down, shows her cunning personality. So, I would most definitely say that she's a Slytherin.

Heya Aubrey and welcome to HPRPG~!

First, I just want to let it be known that Aubrey must be an original character as I am getting some major Blair Waldorf vibes from Aubrey's personality, among other things. (Not to mention her surname is the same and her middle name is almost similar: Blair Cornelia Waldorf.) <3

Onto the sheet, though! For her 'general build' could you pick from one of the three given adjectives on the sheet (and remove the excess, as we're only asking for one-word answers here): large, average, petite.

Once you've made the above edit just change the title from 'pending' to 'edited'.

Hello, and thank you for your welcome. I really find this an astonishing site to be in, and I can't wait to join the full experience.

I already corrected every mistake in the form, I had no idea I had to pick three adjectives to describe her physics, but however I hope this will not affect the time I have to wait to get sorted.

Any similarities with the character resembling Blair Waldorf, despite the last name, are purely coincidental. The character is actually based on my own personality, just to make the roleplaying experience more realistic for me, as I have never roleplayed before and it would be very hard for me to act as someone that's nothing like me.

Thank you in advance.
