First and Last Name: Osiris Silver
Physical Description: Male (just in case that was ambiguous). I've got short, black hair, and hazel eyes. My relatives are always saying things about my eyes. I guess they are really weird, or different, or something... I guess I'm a bit taller than most of my mates, but not by much. If you ask me, I look rather normal, but, oh yeah, I do have a birthmark on my neck just below my ear that looks like the hieroglyph for my namesake. To me it looks like a slanty eye with a blob over it, but it's not huge or anything. That would be embarassing!
Bloodline: I'm over half Egyptian, tho I don't think I look anything like it, save for my black hair. Oh, I guess you'd mean am I am pureblood? Yup.
Short Background: I was born April 2nd, and that makes me an Aries! I live in the northwestern coastal areas, right by the sea. That's when I first showed my magic, I fell in and I floated on top instead of sinking. I was four then. My father deals in antiqis, er antiques?, and rare magical objects, especially books and such. He's really into Ancient Runes. Some people dig for things and the he tells what they are and sells them. My mum died last year in a reaserch accident. She did work in Potions. She wrote a lot in books and magazines and got paid for it too. I have a brother two years younger whose name is Heru'ur, and he's really clumsy. I went to a little school for a year or two awhile ago, but I've been tutored at home since. I like to play with my friends when I can. I think some of them might go to Dirmstrang tho.
Strengths: I'm eleven...I don't know! My dad says I'm a tough one, and what's that word? Headstrong. Is that a weakness or a strength? I like things to be right, er, precise? I keep at things. Oh, I know! I can speak 3 languages! 2 because not all my family speaks english, they speak Egyptian (of a very old sort) and I know some Latin because my father thinks you can't be a proper wizard without knowing it. I'm pretty sneaky too.
Weaknesses: I have a bit of a temper. Er, I generally have to be told things twice. I've not been around loads of kids before. I'm rather proud, but I don't think in a bad way. I have some spelling problems, can you tell?
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why:
Slytherin, because my father was and my mum was too, but she told me that she almost got Ravenclaw. I think my father would be pretty disappointed if I weren't a Slytherin. I don't like it when he gets mad. Mum didn't either, and neither does my little brother. I'd really like to be in Slytherin, from what I've heard, it seems like it fits me best. My family all thinks it's a sure thing. I don't know tho, I'm a little afraid of being sorted. I don't like people staring at me.
