She was born in good old Essex, in the UK.
Brief Childhood History:
Ginger comes from a family of muggles. Her mother and father divorced amicably around the time she was two, with her father moving off to America, her older sister Beatrice in tow. Ginger remained behind with her mother, receiving frequent enough attention from her two parents as she grew. Her mother's parents are from Essex, and her great grandfather fought in the second world war, having once had the opportunity to shake Churchhill's hand. She lives in Cardiff, Wales, at the moment.
Ginger knew nothing about wizards, and showed relatively little signs of magic until her sister began dating one two years back. This man did not, however, expose that he was such until Ginger's birthday, when the invitation came from Hogwarts. Her sister's boyfriend sat her down and did his best to explain to both Ginger and her mom about the school and assuage any fears.
Strengths (Including Personality and Academic):
She is very ambitious, and liked math and science in school. She'll be very good at Arithmancy and Potions.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic):
She's occasionally a little touchy on the subject of parents and is afraid of the usual creepy crawlies. In school this'll lead to trouble with Care of Magical Creatures.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why:
I feel Ginger would do best in Slytherin. I know the House is full and all, but I think that's where she'd belong. I think it'd be a great way to start developing her ambitious nature, and think that good-natured Slytherins would go a long way toward clearing up the old stigma attached to that House.

Hey! Welcome Back! Unfortunately, a few things will need to be changed before we can get you sorted.
Firstly, can you remove all the extra comments in the sheet that don't really pertain to the particular sections/don't add any insight to the character? And you will also need to use one of the three adjectives provided for you on the official character sheet to fill in the 'general build' and 'height' sections. You will also need to provide specific Hogwarts classes as Ginger's academic strengths and weaknesses.
Finally, if you really want Ginger to be in Slytherin, go ahead and remove the portion about Hufflepuff. It shouldn't be a particularly long wait anyway. ;)
Once you've done that, just change the title from 'pending' to 'edited'!

Right, sorry about sounding nit-picky here, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to stress that you remove all the other descriptive bits in the 'general build' and 'height' sections and just put 'average' in. This is just to keep everything uniform and clean and you're perfectly free to put all the descriptive bits into the appropriate section in your profile! :D And of course if you could also put the academic strengths and weaknesses into proper sentences, that would also be appreciated.
Just swap the title again when you're done!
