First and Last Name: September Clarkson
Bloodline: Pureblood
Hair Color: Dark brown
Eye Color: Hazel/Green
General Build: Average
Height: Average
Birthplace: Small town in Dorset called Wimbourne
Brief Childhood History: September lived with her both magic parents who were already fully aware of September attending Hogwarts as they had both attended Hogwarts themselves, and they lived in a small town until September was seven, when her mother died and September and her father moved to London. September was a lonely child, but had a good imagination and it didn't bother her she only had two muggle friends that she would play games that she had thought of with. She never atteneded a Muggle school and was always homeschooled, which she enjoyed when living in Dorset, but when she moved to London made her childhood even more lonely. The move was hard for her because along with it being the first big change in her life, she was also having to deal with the loss of her mother at a young age. Her relationship with her father wasn't anything like her relationship with her mother, and she didn't spend much time with him because her father was always working or away, and September didn't feel at ease around him which hurt them both emotionally because they were meant to be father and daughter, which started to both her a little when she started growing up a bit more.
Strengths (Including Personality and Academic): September loves Defense Against The Dark Arts and Charms class, along with Potions class, which she enjoys but isn't brilliant at yet. Personality wise, she's confident and excitable and finds it easy to talk to people and in her past she's always made an effect on people by her personality.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic): She hates Muggle Studies. End of. Both of her parents were in Slytherin, and although when she was young she had muggle friends, as she's grown up she's been taught by her father what the typical Slytherin Pureblood views on Muggles are. She also is really bad at Flying. September gets jealous easily and becomes attached to things/people too easily, and enjoys being the centre of attention far too much which can become a problem. She also struggles at History Of Magic because she doesn't have any intrest in it and finds it hard to concentrate on something she doesn't care for.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why: September's parents were both in Slytherin and she's been brought up tin a way that most Slytherins are, but she can also be gentle and kind and easy t make friends with, which makes it hard to choose which house I think she should be in. She shows strong traits for Slytherin, like ambition, cunning and determination, and just generally wants to be placed in Slytherin.

Hi there! Welcome to HPRPG!
Before we can sort you, there are just a few things to attend to.
Firstly, can you tell us a bit more about September's history? We like at least 2-3 paragraphs in this section. ;)
Secondly, can you provide for us a core-class that September would struggle with in her weaknesses?
and finally, I'm afraid simply saying that September grew up and acts like a Slytherin isn't a strong enough reason for her to be placed into Slytherin. Tell us what 'acting like a Slytherin' means and what qualities of Slytherin house that September exhibits. Just for reference, the Slytherin qualities are: ambitious, shrewd, cunning, strong leaders, and achievement-oriented.
Once you've done that, just change the topic from 'pending' to 'edited'! :biglove:
-
Hey, I'm not sure how to edit so I'm just gonna reply quickly until tomorrow when I'm back from holiday and can properly edit :L
I don't understand what I need to add on about her history, could you suggest something?
Also, September resembles a Slytherin student because she is ambitious and always aims high, and is sly at getting her own way without being obvious about it.
:) x
-
Also, she loves being a group leader because it means she can be centre of attention and be in control of others. X
-
To edit the sheet, you just hit the 'modify' button on the top right portion of the post.
And for things that you could add onto her history are: what September's life was like when her mother was alive, what she did in the small town in Dorset, what the move was like, if she went to a muggle school, was she homeschooled, why she didn't spend much time with her dad, etc.

Thank you for making the edits, but there are still a few things that still need to be changed.
Firstly, you're going to need to change the wording of one of September's strengths. Saying that she "always makes an impact or an effect on people" is godmodding, since you don't actually know if she will make an impact people. That would be up to the drivers of other characters. So please either reword this so it's more open ended, or take it out and come up with a new strength. ;)
Secondly, we still need a core-class that September would struggle with. Fore reference, the core-classes are: Charms, Transfiguration, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Potions, History of Magic, Astronomy, and Herbology.
Finally, I'm afraid you still haven't given a good reason for why September should belong in Slytherin. Your reason for putting her in Ravenclaw is solid enough, but you have yet to tell me what 'acting like a Slytherin' or what being the 'way that most Slytherins are' means. Since you seem to have a good grasp on the Ravenclaw qualities though, I suggest simply taking out the Slytherin portion all together. ;)
Once again, just swap the title from 'pending' to 'edited' when you're done.
-
Hi again. :D
Could you please choose between Slytherin and Ravenclaw? No one knows your character better than you do. If you choose Slytherin, we'll need you to come up with a reason why September's personality is suited for that house. Slytherins don't just get put into their house because their family have been Slytherins~
switch your titles again when you're done! :D
-
Okay, but isn't Slytherin closed? I really just wanna start Roleplaying asap :/ x
-
Yes, but you still need to confirm which house you want her in before I can either sort you or put you on the waiting list. "Ravenclaw or Slytherin" is too vague. You gotta pick one or the other, and state what traits September possesses that would put her into that house. :D
