Brief Childhood History:
Fallon Aurora Monroe was born on October 13, to Nathanial and Genevieve Monroe. As the eldest child of two wealthy, high class purebloods, Fallon is both held at an impossibly high standard and is expected to be a role model to her two siblings, eight year old Katarina and six year old Callum. She is expected to be polite and respectful when in public or around her parents' guests. She is to listen to her tutors and achieve high marks- only excellence is acceptable. And she is to only associate with those of her own status.
Fallon was raised on her family's estate, a large and ancient manor house surrounded by vast grounds, spanning forty acres. The gentle, rolling hills were dotted with trees, tall and towering with thick, sturdy branches; the perfect sort for climbing, an activity of which her mother disapproved of greatly, and Fallon rather enjoyed. She was exhilarated by the thrill of sneaking around, the rush of knowing that the very action was off limits; the feeling of freedom and nervous apprehension at the mere thought of which she could get caught, that she could be spotted by the house elves or her troublesome tattletale siblings, at any given moment.
Fallon, much like with her tree climbing activity, spent her time secretly exploring the manor house; searching for new and interesting places to disappear to, secret passages of which she could hide and listen listen into her parents' conversations, new ways to get into the very rooms she was forbidden from, or to simply hide from her most irksome of tutors. When not finding new ways to break or bend her parents' rules, Fallon could be found in her family's private library, the place where she spent the majority of her childhood, reading of mysteries and adventures, and as she grew closer and closer to her eleventh year, Fallon began to read up on magic, trying to understand as much of its theory as possible.
Strengths (Including Personality and Academic):
Fallon is strong willed and ambitious. She is clever and cunning, with a mind of her own, and an uncanny ability to turn a situation in her favor. Academically, Fallon would thrive in Potions, the focus and methodical actions needed for the class was something of which came fairly easy to her. She would also excel in Charms, a class that requires clear pronunciation and accurate wand movements, that, added with all the studying on the theory of magic should make Charms a class Fallon could excel at.
Weaknesses (Including Personality and Academic):
Fallon had a difficult time expressing her emotions and making friends. Although she grew up in the Wizarding World and had been around other pureblooded children her entire life, she never really connected to them, instead viewed them as mere acquaintances, and as a result, Fallon kept to herself. Academically, Fallon would struggle in Muggle Studies and Transfiguration. The mere concept of learning about Muggles and their world would be over Fallon's head, as she had always been taught that they were beneath her. Transfiguration would be a difficult class for her because in comparison to Charms, Transfiguration is stiffer and more permanent, requiring either more concentration or a different type than Charms does.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why:
Fallon belongs in Slytherin because she is ambitious, clever, cunning, and sneaky. She is the type to think before acting and very rarely does anything rash. Although she has a habit of breaking the rules, she does so in such a way that her chances of being caught are rather slim. Fallon could possibly fit in if she were to be sorted into Ravenclaw as she shares their love of knowledge, though not quite as enthusiastically, but is expected by her parents to be sorted in their former house.
