Type of Natural Disaster: Generally just major snow that can sometimes interfere with the internet connection. Severe thunder storms, with the rare tornado and occational flooding (I live about 50 yards from a major river). The last two are about as rare as pigs flying, but we've had both in the past twelve months so....
Months in which this is common: All told, year round. Thunder stroms from late May to October, though they can hit during a "warm" winter too. Snow, winter months (obviously) and flooding generally in the spring and fall.
