Type of Natural Disaster: Hurricanes... blech
Months in which this is common: Normally about May-September? I'm not really sure. Our hurricane season extends a little farther than the average. Lucky me, I live right on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, so this may be problematic :\ We often have power/water issues during hurricanes when we come back home so I could be gone for two weeks slgihtly more/less if a hurricane hits.
