First and Last Name: Stephanie Beaumont
Physical Description: Stephanie is about average height and weight for a girl her age, with wavy brown hair and bright blue eyes. She's never seen wearing jeans or anything even remotely similar. It's always neatly pressed skirts and tops, just the way her mum taught her. Her hair is always combed and smooth, using either decorated barrettes or silk ribbons to keep it away from her eyes. Her jewelry, while expensive (she felt the need to point this out) is simple. She wears a small salt water pearl in each ear, and a platinum necklace with a small charm bearing the Beaumont family crest.
Bloodline: Pureblood as far back as her family cares to trace
Short Background: Stephanie comes from a very well to do family, the only child of Gerard and Adelaide Beaumont. Both of her parents were born and raised in France, but moved to London to support Gerard's interest in the Ministry of Magic. All three family members can speak fluent French. Gerard is very firm in his belief that muggles are lower life forms and shouldn't be allowed to mix and mingle with wizards, and this attitude has spread to his wife and daughter. Of course, Stephanie is a bit ignorant about it, so she simply agrees with her father until she sees otherwise for herself. She is spoiled rotten, daddy's little girl who can have whatever she wants. While not outwardly mean, Stephanie has been brought up to think she is better than everyone else, and this comes off as more than a bit snobbish.
Strengths: Stephanie is very quick witted and intelligent. She catches on to new concepts easily and retains the information well. She's been taking ballet lessons from a private tutor since she was very young, so she has become quite skilled. She has learned that she can pout and cry her way out of most situations, which can actually be both a strength and a weakness since it backfires on her sometimes.
Weaknesses:Stephanie, as I said before, is spoiled rotten. She thinks she can have anything she wants, when she wants it. She doesn't deal well with people telling her what to do, unless they are a respected authority figure. She can be a bit hard to get along with, and tends to crack under pressure. She won't do well in any class where she has to get her hands or clothes dirty.
What House You Feel Your Character Belongs In and Why:Due to her upbringing and opinion about blood status, I think that Stephanie would do best in Slytherin. She has ways of getting what she wants, and usually won't stop until she does, no matter who she has to step on. If it means that she will be viewed as the hero, Stephanie won't hesitate to rat someone out, even if she considers them a friend.
